There's so much shit that's llm written garbage when you're looking for vs code extensions.

of course it's not included in any metadata within the extensions', so you can't filter those out that way.
There's a few markers within the extensions' source code - the obvious ones like the presence of

agents.md
or very sus comment formatting
then there's the commit history, the extensions having been uploaded and never updated since, the version number being 1.0.0...

so... I'm thinking, can something be done with this?
